William Penhaligon was an alchemist and an iconoclast. He was the first defiant perfumer, taking inspiration from unlikely places and creating the first Penhaligon's fragrance in 1872. A crazy conception inspired by the steam of the Piccadilly Hammam baths. Today we still make and sell the original Hammam fragrance, and look to live our brand with the same witty, eccentric and wildly creative vibe that first brought the range to life. We are recruiting passionate sales people to work in our stores. Applicants should enjoy interacting with customers both to sell and to bring the brand to life. Selling luxuries of yesteryear as covetable necessities for the modern lifestyle. Staff are required to be flexible as the store trades every day of the week, and deliver the exceptional service that we at Penhaligon's pride ourselves on.
