PENHALIGON'S DELIVERY INFORMATION

UK MAINLAND
Delivery is by courier and a signature is preferable, although you can opt to have your package left in a secure location or with a neighbour in your absence. Please indicate which you would prefer when completing your order.

Standard delivery - £5.50 – delivered within 7 working days (9am-5pm Monday-Friday)

*Priority delivery(Next working day) - £8.50 – Orders must be placed by 12pm GMT will arrive the next working day before 12pm GMT. Monday – Friday delivery only, UK Mainland only.

* Priority delivery is not available during Sale period.

UK Non-mainland
(Postcodes prefixed with BT,GY,JE,IM,HS,ZE,TR21-25 ) Standard delivery - £8.50 - Please add 2 working days to the quoted delivery time (9am-5pm).

USA
Standard (Ground) (US) - $12.00 Please allow 10 working days for delivery.
* Second Day (US) - $26.00 delivered within two working days.
* Priority (Next working day) (US) - $45.00

Order by 12 noon EST & we can deliver the next working day to most US locations. Delivery rates apply to each address. Reduces shipping rates for multiple recipients’ orders; please call 1 212 373 4750 for details.

*Hazardous Goods – A $32 surcharge will be added to all orders containing hazardous goods.

Our mission is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 4 :00PM EST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.

Penhaligon's reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected you will be notified within two business days.

EUROPEAN UNION
Standard delivery - £20 - delivered within 10 working days. Priority delivery – Click here to contact us for a quote Delivery is by courier. A signature is required upon delivery.

JAPAN
Standard delivery Due to Japanese import restrictions, all orders are limited to 24 items and a surcharge of £105 will be applied to all orders containing Eau de Toilette, Eau de Parfum , Cologne or matches.
