Created in 1984 Elisabethan Rose is effortlessly British,
reminiscent of velvety garden roses after light summer rain
where bruised petals give up their intoxicating aromas.
Playful and wistful the head notes of fresh garden geranium
and aldehydes make this fragrance sing and dance. Camomile,
violet and of course rose swell the heart notes, filling
your senses. The surprising base notes include musk, amber
and sandalwood. These rugged base notes deepen the wonderful
delicacy of the rose, emphasising its heady, cool and
mysterious nature.
Imagine a premier cru champagne, frothy and gorgeously
light, softly fizzing, shot through with heady rose scented
bubbles.
